3. What personal data do we process and why?

The following personal data are processed by us:

First name, name, e-mail, phone
We request this information out of contractual necessity for the proper recording of your reservation and to contact you regarding your reservation when necessary. You will also receive by e-mail and possibly by phone a confirmation and reminder(s) for your reservation.

IP Address
Your IP address is recorded at the time you make a reservation. On the one hand, this is used to determine your location (country) in order to customize the content of the reservation flow.
On the other hand, the IP address is recorded at the time of reservation to prevent fraud. We do not identify you based on IP address.

4. Will your personal data be shared with third parties?

Your personal data will never be sold or passed on to third parties with commercial intentions.

The only ways in which your personal data may be disclosed to third parties are:

- There is a legal obligation for us to transfer the personal data such as e.g. in the context of (preventing) fraud and abuse;

- We use third parties to perform part of the agreement with you, in which case we ensure that these third parties also comply with this privacy policy.

5. What rights do you have?

You have several rights, which you can exercise by contacting us using the contact information at the top.

- Access the personal data relating to you that are processed by us, if necessary, have incorrect/incomplete personal data corrected or deleted, as well as - in certain cases - have the processing of your personal data restricted or oppose it.

- The transfer of your personal data either by providing it to you in a readable form, or its direct transmission by us to the third party service provider you have designated.

- To oppose the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
