An uncle in Italy taught him the tricks of the pizza trade... after several apprenticeships in some Italian classy restaurants, he ended up in Belgium. Full of ambition and passion, at Testa Rossi he now puts his heart and soul into the perfect dough, the most surprising toppings, an original twist... each pizza is 'tailor-made' with Italian passion.

Sali is a host at heart. Within his job he combines customer-friendliness, hospitality and quality ...
