With a drive that can only come from a love of cooking, he has found his specialization in pasta and risotto. But don't be fooled by his favorites, for his skills know no bounds.

No true Italian cuisine without delicious pizza! Our pizzaïolo Ramon can tell so enthralled about how to make the most delicious pizza that you would forget your hunger. An uncle in Italy taught him the tricks of the pizza trade... after several apprenticeships in some Italian classy restaurants, he ended up in Belgium. Full of ambition and passion, at Testa Rossi he now puts his heart and soul into the perfect dough, the most surprising toppings, an original twist... each pizza is 'tailor-made' with Italian passion.

Sali is a host at heart. Within his job he combines customer-friendliness, hospitality and quality ... He listens (food allergies), he informs (suggestions/map), he advises (food pairing: right wine with each dish), he organizes, he communicates, in short he makes every guest feel at home at Testa Rossi!

Maxim

Maxime is the son of Alain, host of Testa Rossi Vilvoorde

Since a young age, he has felt at home in the restaurant - among the tables, behind the bar, and especially among the people. Today, he contributes enthusiastically to the warm atmosphere of the business, with his spontaneous hospitality, eye for detail and love for the family tradition. Maxime learns every day from his father, the team and the many loyal guests. His energy and commitment add a fresh touch to the familiar soul of Testa Rossi.
