Elke vorm is ontworpen om sauzen beter vast te houden en biedt unieke texturen in gerechten.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Weetje 2<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Wij Italianen zijn zeer serieus wanneer het aankomt op het combineren van pastasoorten en de juiste sauzen. Voorbeelden van klassieke combinaties zijn Penne all\u2019arrabbiata (dit is penne met pittige tomatensaus) en Linguine alle Vongole (dit is linguine met venusschelpen).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Weetje 3<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Pasta ligt ons dicht bij het hart. We steken onze passie en liefde erin en daarom dat die ook zo lekker is. Het is daarom dat wij Italianen per gezin meer dan 25 kg pasta per jaar eten.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Weetje 4<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Je komt regelmatig een gaatje tegen in het midden van spaghettilepels voor het opscheppen. Maar wat is eigenlijk de bedoeling van dit gaatje? Dit detail heeft een slimme functie: het maakt het afmeten van de ideale portie spaghetti voor \u00e9\u00e9n persoon eenvoudig.
